At Bull Munchies, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the perishable nature of our beef jerky, we do not accept returns. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product. For safety reasons, please dispose of any jerky rather than returning it. We will gladly offer a refund or replacement depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

For refunds, there’s no need to return perishable food items like our beef jerky. If you’re unsatisfied with your order or notice an issue, please reach out to us, and we’ll process your refund promptly. Simply discard the product by trashing it. We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase!

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@bullmunchies.com

Exchanges

We do not require the return of perishable food items for exchanges. If there’s an issue with your beef jerky and you’d like an exchange, simply contact us and we’ll arrange for a replacement. Please discard the product in the trash—no need to send it back. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Shipping returns

Due to the perishable nature of our beef jerky, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will work to make it right. In the rare case of a problem with the product, simply discard it in the trash. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re happy to assist with any concerns!
