This Privacy Policy explains how BULL MUNCHIES, LLC handles personal information through bullmunchies.com, including shopping, customer support, product reviews, and optional back-in-stock alerts.

Information we collect

• Orders and delivery: your name, email, shipping address, items selected, order totals, payment status, transaction references, and shipment or tracking details. We may retain an order record when checkout is started but not completed.
• Customer accounts: your email address, sign-in requests, protected token records and account-session cookies. We use email sign-in links to verify access to your order history. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes; account sessions expire after 30 days or when you sign out. You can continue using guest checkout.
• Payments: Stripe collects payment and billing information on its payment page. Our website does not store your full card number or card security code. We receive information needed to confirm and manage your payment.
• Reviews: the display name, star rating, product, and review text you submit. Approved reviews, including your display name, are public. Please do not include private information in a review.
• Stock alerts: if you request an alert, we collect your email or mobile number, selected product, consent and confirmation records, and delivery or unsubscribe status.
• Support: information you send us by email, including your contact details and correspondence.
• Technical information: our hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser or device details, request times, and error or security logs. Our website uses a protected hash derived from your IP address for review security records and to limit abusive stock-alert submissions.

How we use information

We use this information to calculate shipping and applicable taxes, reserve stock, process and fulfill orders, manage payments and delivery issues, respond to customers, moderate reviews, provide requested alerts and account sign-in, display your order history, maintain records, and protect the website against fraud and abuse.

Service providers and other disclosures

We share information needed to operate the store with service providers: Hostinger for website hosting and database services; Stripe for payments, tax calculations, receipts, and payment security; and Shippo and shipping carriers for shipping rates, labels, delivery, and tracking. Resend processes the email information needed to send account sign-in links and requested stock-alert confirmation and availability messages. Twilio processes mobile numbers and messages to deliver requested text alerts and handle opt-outs. Email providers also process messages you exchange with us.

We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to respond to legal requests, resolve disputes, or protect customers, our business, or others. Our storefront does not sell customer information or use advertising pixels for targeted advertising.

SMS privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

BULL MUNCHIES, LLC uses your number only for the product availability alert you request and to handle STOP/HELP requests. Our delivery provider, Twilio, processes the number and message to provide this service. We remove the readable mobile number from our active alert database after the alert is accepted for sending, after you unsubscribe, or when an unfulfilled request expires after 90 days. We retain a protected number hash and consent or delivery records to prevent unwanted messages and manage the service. Provider logs and hosting backups may retain copies under their retention practices. We do not enroll you in unrelated promotions.

Cookies and browser storage

The storefront uses your browser’s local storage to remember your cart and help manage an unfinished checkout. My Account uses a separate customer session cookie to keep you signed in. The private office uses its own session cookie for authorized staff login. Our payment and hosting providers may use cookies or similar technologies for their services, including security and fraud prevention. You can clear site data or adjust cookie settings in your browser; doing so may clear your cart or affect functionality.

Your choices and requests

Back-in-stock alerts are optional. Email alerts require email confirmation; text alerts require you to enter your number and check an unchecked SMS consent box. A confirmed request is for one availability alert for the chosen product, not a general marketing subscription. You may cancel email alerts through the link provided in stock-alert emails. Reply STOP to stop text alerts or HELP for assistance, or contact us.

Email support@bullmunchies.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, including a review. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity and retain information for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. If we cannot fulfill a request, you may contact us to ask for a review of that decision.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed for the purposes described here, including order fulfillment, customer support, accounting, legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the type of information and those needs; service-provider backup copies may remain subject to their retention practices. We use measures such as HTTPS and restricted access to the private office to protect information, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Children and processing locations

Our store is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the store or our practices change. We will post the updated policy here with a revised date and provide additional notice when required.
