These Terms of Service apply to your use of bullmunchies.com and purchases from BULL MUNCHIES, LLC. Please read them before placing an order. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with a parent or guardian’s authorization. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit fraudulent orders or reviews.

Products and availability

We sell beef jerky, salmon jerky, and beef tallow for cooking. Product pages describe flavors, package sizes, ingredients, and prices. Images are for product identification; packaging and appearance may vary. Product availability can change. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Starting checkout may temporarily reserve stock; an unpaid or cancelled checkout may release that reservation.

Ingredients, allergens, and food handling

Ingredients and allergens vary by product. Review the individual product’s information and the package label before consuming or cooking with it. Follow the package’s storage and handling instructions. If information appears inconsistent, or you have an allergy question, contact us before purchasing or consuming the product. Website content is not medical advice.

Prices, checkout, and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown during checkout before you authorize payment. Stripe processes payments securely. Purchases are one-time payments unless an offer expressly states otherwise. Review your products, quantities, address, and final total before paying.

A pending checkout or stock reservation does not confirm a paid order. Payment confirmation indicates that payment was received; it does not mean the order has shipped. If we discover a stock issue, pricing error, suspected fraud, or another problem that prevents fulfillment, we will contact you. We will not charge an increased price without your approval. If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any related shipping or tax amounts that should be returned.

Shipping and delivery

We currently offer delivery within the United States to addresses supported by our checkout and shipping services. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Carrier estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Please ensure your address is complete and correct. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes may not be possible after shipment.

If an order is damaged, missing, incorrect, or delayed, email support@bullmunchies.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. Where helpful, include photographs of the packaging and affected items. We will review the issue and coordinate with you and the carrier as appropriate.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

For a cancellation, return, replacement, or refund request, contact us promptly at support@bullmunchies.com. Please contact us before mailing food products back. Whether a cancellation or return can be accommodated depends on the order’s fulfillment status, the product’s condition, food-safety considerations, and applicable law. We will explain the available resolution for your situation. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Product reviews

Submit honest reviews based on your experience. Do not include private information, unlawful content, harassment, spam, or material you do not have permission to use. By submitting a review, you permit us to display its text, star rating, and chosen display name on our website and to format it for display. Reviews are moderated before publication; submitting one does not guarantee publication. You retain ownership of your words and may contact us to request removal. Reviews reflect their authors’ opinions.

Back-in-stock alerts

Where available, you may request an email alert for a product and confirm the request by email. An alert does not reserve inventory or guarantee that a product will still be available when you return. You may cancel an alert using the email link or by contacting us.

SMS Terms

BULL MUNCHIES, LLC offers optional, automated back-in-stock texts for products you select. Enter your U.S. mobile number and check the SMS consent box to request an alert. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must own the number or be authorized to use it. Each product request receives one availability alert; multiple product requests may result in multiple messages. Requests expire after 90 days. We do not send unrelated promotional texts through this program.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text alerts or HELP for help. You can also email support@bullmunchies.com. After opting out, reply START to our alert number and submit a new product request if you wish to receive alerts again. START alone does not subscribe you to any product. Read our Privacy Policy for information about mobile-number handling.

An alert does not reserve stock. Delivery is subject to carrier availability, service activation, and messaging approval; messages may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS alerts are not an emergency service.

Website content and third-party services

Our branding, product photographs, and other original website content belong to BULL MUNCHIES, LLC or their respective owners. Please obtain permission before using them commercially. Payment, shipping, and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption or error.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Changes apply going forward and do not retroactively change the terms of a purchase already made. Nothing here excludes responsibilities or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
